“We started producing Cartunes TV somewhat by accident”

says creator and producer Kamary Phillips of Underground Television Network fame. Kamary adds,

“If you’ve never been to Los Angeles then it’s hard to imagine the need to use the unbelievable amount of time you spend in a damn car, wisely! One day Cosmo and I were stuck in a typical traffic jam on the 10.
